• Test your agility in a tree-top adventure park

In Neuvy-en-Sullias, 10min from La Danasha, the Familly Park offers several treetop itineraries for children of different ages, in the middle of the forest (11 hectares) where you can also try your hand at no-kill fishing. It is possible to bring your picnic and have it there.

• Discover the Loire in a kayak

Kayaking on the Loire is great, because it is a wild river. However, it is not without danger and we recommend doing it with experienced practitioners, both for security and logistical reasons. • Go to the beach at Etang du Puits

This lake surrounded by forests in Cerdon (20min away) feels like being by the sea with its beaches, nautical activities and inflatable structures for kids. More here.

• Visit the castle at La Ferté Saint Aubin

The privately-owned castle of La Ferté St Aubin (25min away) and its park are both worth a visit. Within the castle, there are themed visits where kids (and adults) are called upon to solve mysteries. The park is beautiful, with some gems such as the chapel, and entails a whole area with outdoor games for children. It’s a lovely place for a picnic.

• Relax and play at ‘Sully Plage‘

From mid-July to mid-August, in Sully-sur-Loire, the riverside becomes animated with some inflatable bouncey structures for kids, table tennis, karting, etc… Next to that, some food trucks and a ‘guinguette-style’ area where you can enjoy a drink and some concerts, as well as some activities such as dance classes.
