Our Rooms
The Nest – Cosy and elegant
This perched double room with en-suite bathroom, King Size bed, coffee machine and free WiFi offers the best view over the pool and garden, as well as basking in natural light.
It is accessible via a wisteria-laced staircase topped by a balcony and has its own outside space, where you can sit down and have breakfast or a cup of coffee by the pool.
The Maisonnette – A charming family suite
This two-storey house offers 40sq m of elegance and cocooning and can host up to four people.
Downstairs, it boasts a cosy living area with a sofa bed, a table for four and a shower.
Upstairs, you sleep in a King Size bed and, if you fancy, you can enjoy a luscious bath in our ‘lion leg’ bathtub.
The Boudoir – Coming soon !
This lovely ground floor, double room (25sqm) with en-suite marble bathroom is currently being renovated and will be welcoming you from 1 July 2025. It is already open to bookings.
It is located within our house but enjoys a separate access directly from the garden (as pictured here).
Like The Nest and The Maisonnette, it will be equipped with a King Size bed and its own outdoor table.
Around Us
Viglain (5min by bike)
La Danasha is located just outside the small village of Viglain, which has approx 900 inhabitants and boasts a bakery, a butcher’s, an organic farm and a small convenience store with local products. We are located in the centre of France and, beside being just two hours away from Paris, ideally placed for a delightful stop en route if you are driving through France.
Sully-sur-Loire (10-min by car, 30min by bike)
Sully-sur-Loire is the first stop on the Loire valley castles route, starting from the East – Chambord castle is just one hour away. It boasts a history-rich medieval castle which used to be home to King Henri IV’s finance minister, the Duke of Sully. You can reach Sully-sur-Loire in a 10-min drive or a 30-min bicycle ride. Sully-sur-Loire is located on the Loire à Vélo cycloroute.
Orléans (40min by car)
The major city of Orléans is located 40min by car to the North-West. The city boasts a gothic cathedral and lovely riverside scenery, as well as carrying rich history.

If you arrive by train and book for at least two nights, we can fetch you at Gien (40min) or Saint-Cyr-en-Val / La Source (30min) train stations.
